  3. NOTICE TO USER: THIS IS A CONTRACT. BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  6. "Art of the Smokies" screen saver 
  7. images are the property of Terrell Publishing Co. and 
  8. are protected by United States copyright law and 
  9. international treaty provisions. You may not rent, 
  10. lease, or sell copies of the Software; further you 
  11. may not alter or use images contained in the Software 
  12. for any other purpose than that for which they were 
  13. intended. Title and copyrights to the Software and 
  14. any copy made by you remain with Terrell Publishing. 
  15. Unauthorized copying of the Software, or failure to 
  16. comply with the above restrictions will result in 
  17. legal prosecution with civil or  criminal penalties.

  19. Note: Although these screen savers will run on 
  20. systems capable of displaying only 256 color 
  21. (Super VGA or SVGA), the quality of display is 
  22. enhanced greatly on systems capable of supporting 
  23. 16-bit ("thousands of colors", "High Color") 
  24. or 24-bit ("millions of colors", "True Color"). 
  25. The quality of display also depends on the resolution 
  26. at which your system is set; the higher the resolution,
  27. e.g. 1024 x 768 as opposed to 800 x 600, the higher 
  28. the quality of display. A good display resolution 
  29. is 800 x 600 with 16-bit color.

  35.    should be at maximum resolution. Consult your 
  36.    computer user manual or contact your computer
